I’ve lived in the area for 15 years and St Heliers has never failed me or my family. What I love about St Heliers is their holistic approach to me as a person. The GP’s take into consideration all the factors with regards to the presenting problem and they don’t always write prescriptions… I feel well and enabled when I leave the practice to manage my health and my families health. I like seeing different GP’s as it’s good to have a different perspective. It would be good to show on the screen what’s going on the area as this could support the community to access different services.

I’ve just moves into the area and went to register with the practice. This was easily the simplest registration I’ve ever had with a practice. I was able to print off the forms beforehand and complete them at my leisure. When I arrived, they took everything and had me signed up in just a few days. I have a very complicated history and repeat prescription, but it was no bother to them. The receptionist I dealt with was cheerful, professional and informative and even made sure I had all the info the doctor would need before a recent appointment. I’m really glad to have such a good practice so near to me.
